May 2012 hold only good things for you!
Here are some highlights from December :)
Getting our Christmas trees
First snow - really, more of a dusting. Daniel was dismayed that he could not dig without getting dirt, too!
My little Christmas elf - she even helped me mail the cards (which is why they actually got out before Christmas!).
Decorating gingerbread houses.
Eating decorations for gingerbread houses!
Big brothers and big sisters take care of those little guys.
This is the holding position - with a serious face - at the preschool Christmas party.
Singing one of the many songs!
Baking day at Grandma Margie's - man, the frosting line is really backed up! This girl is getting bored waiting for her chance to add a little sugar to the cookies.
Daniel prefers eating to helping :)
Santa has elves, Grandma Margie has these lovely ladies.
"John DEE-YEAR" - new favorite belonging - has slept in it more than once.
Henry tries to make his fish face - oh, and he has teeth!
Playing jet in Grandma's bed - it's more fun if you're age 2-4.
How's this for a jolly little elf!
Cousins...cousins....there were never such devoted cousins...
Best Christmas present - EVAH!
When I asked her what Santa brought her, she held up one peanut butter cup. Kids!?!?!
Eli got this sweet ride.
Daniel inexplicably wanted to wear his new dino socks on his hands...hmmm.
Christmas tradition no. 409227 - poppers with paper crowns.
Our second snow - it's been a rough winter for snow...Eva wanted to build Frosty, so we built this tiny snowman (which mainly consisted of dead leaves and slush). She suddenly realized he had no chance of coming to life without a hat. The only thing handy was a bucket, but she believes! She was deeply disappointed that he did not come to life. And when I said, "Well, really, the Frosty movie is just pretend!" she turned to our little Frosty and said, "Don't worry, Frosty, I know you came to life." Too cute. Sadly, Frosty melted approximately 36 hours later.
HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM ALL OF US!
