What a wild man you are, my Dan-yoh (as we like to say, like Eli and Eva do). A man of few words, you say "Mom-meeee" with great delight now, often over and over. You are the bravest boy I've ever met - this week alone you've climbed out of Henry's crib (which Eli slept in and never climbed out of!), up the bar stools (to stand triumphant, my cell phone in your hand, on the counter), and WAY up the attic ladder. The last one was the most dangerous - and all my fault. I was texting someone and just keeping an eye on the driveway, making sure no kids ran into the road (another favorite pasttime of yours). Daddy was working on the attic so the ladder was down, and naturally, you scampered on up. Before I knew it, you were 7 feet off of the concrete garage floor - and grinning like you just won a gold medal. Oh son, please don't make me take you to work as a patient! Luckily, for as wild as you are, you still come and sit on my lap and cuddle like a baby - which is my favorite time of the day!
